Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Log into your account and navigate to the 'Order History' section to select the items you wish to return and receive a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number.

  Securely Package Items

  Place the ink or toner cartridges in their original packaging, ensuring they are securely sealed to prevent leaking during transit.

• 3.
  Apply Shipping Label

  Affix the provided prepaid shipping label to the outside of your package, making sure to clearly display the RMA number for faster processing.

• 4.
  Receive Refund or Exchange

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your return, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method or ship your replacement within 3-5 business days.
